Intensive: "Vytok" — An Immersion into Movement and Imagery.
💡 Body awareness; locating points of support, lines, and centers of movement within the body.
💡 Rhythm, structure, and the possibilities of playing with rhythm.
💡 External and internal space.
💡 Movement improvisation. Exploring the range of expression: softness, precision, power, speed, and sensory depth.
💡 Original techniques combining movement and imagination to discover expressiveness. Full immersion in movement and imagery; a creative quest to express an idea.

An intensive program rich in both theory and practice. An immersive experience focused on discovery! We invite dancers, actors, and anyone interested in movement to gain new experiences and express themselves with greater awareness, confidence, and vibrancy.

The intensive will be led by Glib Zelhin (@glibzelgin) and Iryna Tychyna (@irynatychyna).
It is based on creative methods of interaction and exploration used in the development of the collaborative performance pieces "ABOIABO" and "Tsykl".

📝 Details and the registration form can be found via the link in the @theatredancezp profile bio.

In partnership with the "Dim Aktora" theater platform and the Dance Theater.
This project is a winner of the Per Forma grant program, administered by the Kyiv Contemporary Music Days platform with support from the Performing Arts Fund NL and the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, aimed at developing the performing arts sector in Ukraine.
