Center for Contemporary Art

Hello! Once upon a time, the Tourist Information Center operated here - a place of advice, maps and inspiration for city guests. However, even then, the location was about more than just tourism: events, exhibitions, meetings took place here, and active and creative people gathered.

With the outbreak of the war, this space became a point of community support, and later it became clear that the city needed a lively cultural center.

Thus, the space was transformed and the center became a place for art, dialogue and new ideas. Artists and citizens meet here, exhibitions, lectures and events of various formats take place.

Today, the Center for Contemporary Art operates in several locations in the city, different in atmosphere, but united by one goal - to give space to art, people and new meanings.

A modern gallery space and a hub for holding events of various formats (meetings with artists, lectures, sketches) while preserving the component of the tourist information space.

Zaporizhzhia BIRUCHIY Art-Centre, Sobornyi Ave., 145

A gallery space in cooperation with the International Symposium of Contemporary Art BIRUCHIY curated by Gennady Kozub, and as part of the art residency for and about the city.

Gulich Tower

This is exactly the art residency. Yes, yes! Here, artists from Ukraine and the world are working on rethinking Zaporizhia in terms of contemporary art and for the further representation of Zaporizhia to the world.

Zaporizhia Municipal Gallery, Tsentralnyi Boulevard, 3

Art space in cooperation with the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. The priority is to support local artists and teach art and making.
