The Ukrainian Leadership Academy @ual.ua has opened applications for its 2026–2027 Formation Program!

The Ukrainian Leadership Academy (ULA) is a values-based educational platform for personal and civic development. It offers a one-year gap-year program between high school and university for motivated young people aged 16–20, while also implementing large-scale social initiatives for communities across Ukraine.

Applications are open to young people aged 16–20 who want to:
🔹 discover their strengths and get to know themselves better;
🔹 become part of a community of like-minded peers;
🔹 gain new experiences;
🔹 embrace challenges and new opportunities.

Over the course of 10 months, participants will study with lecturers from leading universities, meet inspiring leaders from across the country, take part in sports and volunteer activities, join expeditions across Ukraine and Europe, work with mentors, and develop their own projects.
