The exhibition “SILENT SEEING” emerges as a subtle yet persistent exploration of what remains outside the frame of the great history of war. At a time when the visual culture of conflict is saturated with images of explosions, ruins, and frontline clashes, the work of Chloе Sharrock and Alban Dejong proposes a different optical mode — slow, focused, attentive to silence.Zaporizhzhia, a city located several dozen kilometers from the front line, becomes not only a geographical point but also a conceptual space — a place of a tense pause, where life continues in the constant presence of threat.
