Being a woman in a public office means working under pressure every day, making difficult decisions, and bearing criticism and a level of responsibility that is often far greater than what the public sees.
This is especially true during wartime, when every decision affects millions of people. In such circumstances, the strongest response is not words, but results.
We thank Yuliia Svyrydenko @svyrydenko.officia for her work, resilience, and consistency in implementing decisions that strengthen Ukraine’s defense, economy, communities, support for veterans, education, and the country’s recovery. 🫡
Women who choose to serve their country often face prejudice, higher expectations, and the constant need to prove their professionalism. Yet none of this should diminish their determination to create change or their willingness to take responsibility.
A woman’s strength is not about never facing obstacles.
It is about moving forward, serving people, and remaining true to her principles even in the most challenging times. 💪🏻
