Social entrepreneurship? — Easypeasy!

We invite you to take part in the second wave of the online training program on social entrepreneurship. Fourteen days of practical work with experts and mentors. You can join the training until September 8 inclusively.

We invite those who are planning to establish a social enterprise, or want to improve the work of an existing enterprise or non-profit organization by solving socially important problems.

#SimpleSE: Social education is simple! —  joint initiative CO (community organization) “Простір 500” and the USAID Program «Competitive economy of Ukraine» The online training program consists of 14 days: two days of online intensive (September 12-13) and 12 days of practical work with experts and mentors. This time applications are accepted from candidates from Odessa, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.

During the training, participants will work on developing their idea and launching a social business. They will receive advice from leading experts in financial management, marketing, PR, legal issues, accounting, fundraising. Successful social entrepreneurs will become mentors.

The training program will be useful for those who: - plan to start their own business, which creates social change; - has a business that wants to expand by launching new products for social purposes; - founded his own social enterprise, but through COVID-19 you have to transform quickly; - manages a non-profit organization and strives to make it financially sustainable.

To participate you need:

● be an adult

● find a social problem and have a desire to solve it through their own business

● be able to attend a two-day online event (September 12-13) and be involved in practical tasks during the program (1-2 hours a day);

● live in one of the target areas of the project;

The training is part of the #SimpleSE project: “Dissemination and scaling of successful social entrepreneurship models” implemented by Space 500 NGO with the support of the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine Program and designed to support business associations, NGOs, business support organizations and SMEs by strengthening the ability of their participation in the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine
