June 28 marks the Constitution Day of Ukraine — a day that reminds us of the values on which our state is built: freedom, dignity, equality, and the right of every person to be heard.
To mark this occasion, we invite you to the opening of the @ukrainianwartimeposters exhibition.
📅 June 26 at 2:00 PM
📍 Façade of the Center for Contemporary Art (151 Sobornyi Ave.)
Today, during the full-scale war, these values have gained special significance. Every day, Ukrainians defend not only their land, but also the right to live in a free, independent, and democratic country.
Our Defenders stand for freedom, human dignity, the right to life, and self-determination — the principles that define contemporary Ukraine.
For Zaporizhzhia, these values hold particular importance. It was here that traditions of freedom, self-governance, and responsibility were formed, becoming an essential part of Ukraine’s state-building heritage. The Zaporizhian Sich was not only a military stronghold, but also a space where practices of collective decision-making, respect for human dignity, and the right to personal choice were born.
The exhibition features works by Ukrainian artists: @gusev_art, @staskolotov, @odarka_lu, @borisovsillustration, @nikita_titov_ua, @_natomikeladze_, @igor.gusev.artist, @the_van1affree
The exhibition will be displayed on the facade of the Center for Contemporary Art and will be freely accessible to visitors.
