The 4th artistic season of the “Actor’s House” theater platform begins with a performance born from trust in the body, movement, and silence. From a willingness to listen not only to the text, but also to what remains between its lines.
On September 4, 5, and 6 at 6:00 PM, we invite you to the choreographic performance “HAPPINESS?”.
We turned to Ivan Franko’s “Stolen Happiness” not to explain the classic or give it a contemporary form. We were interested in something else: can this story still resonate within a person today? Do the same questions about love and freedom, choice and responsibility, intimacy and loss still live within it?
“HAPPINESS?” is not an answer. It is a space where everyone can encounter their own story through movement, sound, voice, and presence.
This is how we see the new season of the “Actor’s House” — not as a place of ready-made meanings, but as a space for shared exploration. A theater that does not distance us from reality, but helps us look more closely at ourselves and at one another.
