Zaporizhzhia crew will take part in Ralley Monte-Carlo Classique, for the first time in the 111-year history of the championship! Our country will be represented at international races by six crews from Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Lviv, Chernivtsi and Ternopil. Racers will conquer the mountain trails of France and Monaco on the rare "Zaporozhye". Last year, this legendary model turned 60 years old.

Among the declared cars: ZAZ-965, ZAZ 965-A, ZAZ-966 and ZAZ-968.

The Zaporizhzhia crew will be represented by Roman Shchipkov and Oleksiy Burbak on the "eared" ZAZ-968.

The coach of the national team will be Ari Vatanen - an experienced Finnish sports racer, four-time winner of the Dakar Rally and twice a member of the European Parliament.

Solemn starts in Ukraine are scheduled for the end of January. The championship will start on January 27 this year and end on February 2 in Monaco.

In June 2021, the crews tested rare equipment during a large-scale marathon of retro cars. The 3,000-kilometer route passed through 30 cities in Ukraine, Romania and Moldova. The race helped the drivers prepare for the championship and test the cars.

We are very happy for the participation of the Ukrainian team in the prestigious competitions and later we will definitely tell you more about the prestigious competition and Ukrainian racers.
