Wave 3

Wave 3 is a café that combines the concepts of a coffee shop and a casual restaurant.

Breakfasts, which are available all day long, are a special highlight here. The menu features classic cheese pancakes, shakshuka, omelets with lightly salted salmon or chicken, creative oatmeal variations—including cheese and coffee flavors—as well as waffles with a variety of fillings, ranging from sweet to heartier options with salmon.

For a light snack or a full lunch, they offer ciabatta sandwiches, salads, and soups—ranging from pho to cream soups and okroshka. The main menu is complemented by hearty dishes: turkey and salmon steaks, beef steak, rice with shrimp, as well as pasta and udon.
