Address
8, Sobornyi Avenue, Zaporizhzhia
The mansion belonged to Abraham Lepp, a co-owner of the industrial and trading company "Lepp and Valman".
The building is an interesting example of the traditional "brick style" in the architecture and urban planning of the city of Zaporizhzhia. According to the design, all facades were meant to have a symmetrical solution. However, later reconstructions greatly changed the original symmetry of the building.
Initially, rooms were added to the right side. Then, for factory needs, the rusticated pier on the right side was dismantled, and an additional window was installed. The left side of the building received a new entrance vestibule without taking into account the architectural composition.
The building is a monument of architecture and urban planning in the city of Zaporizhzhia.
