After the opening of the cable-stayed bridge in Zaporizhzhia, traffic will be divided. The opening of traffic on the upper part of the new bridge is scheduled for January 22
Traffic will be as follows:
Residents of Khortytsya district will drive on three lanes of the bridge with the exit to Naberezhna Magistral and Tyulenina Street.
In the direction of the island of Khortytsia and Khortytsya district, traffic will be carried out in two lanes of the Preobrazhensky Bridge. The cable-stayed bridge can be reached from the Naberezhnaya Highway through the #7 building and from Tyulenina Street.
Traffic will be regulated by a traffic light that is already installed.
Currently, the cable-stayed bridge has already been asphalted and paved. At the same time, work is underway on the installation of decorative architectural lighting.

A solemn press conference dedicated to the participation of the Zaporizhzhia crew in the prestigious Rallye Monte-Carlo Classique competition will take place on January 19 at 11:00 in the Tourist Information Center. An open-air exhibition of retro cars and an autograph photo session will also be organized on this day. Zaporizhzhia archaeologists during a submarine expedition found a sunken wooden ship near the island of Khortytsia. Approximately the find dates back to the 19th century. A flat-bottomed cargo ship about 15 meters long is located in the waters of the Dnieper near the island of Khortytsia. Further research of the sunken ship is planned.
