Address
11, Sobornyi Avenue, Zaporizhzhia
The building was constructed in the first half of the 20th century in a brick style with elements of early Art Nouveau. It belonged to the Mennonite Cornelius Hubert.
The building was rented out, so for convenience, it had many entrances from the street and courtyard. In the corner room on the first floor, there was a pharmacy belonging to the brothers Wilhelm and Erich Tavonius. By 1914, there were 10 pharmacies in Oleksandrivsk. Tavonius' pharmacy is known as the largest in the city.
Today, the building of the former income house of Cornelius Hubert is a monument of architecture and urban planning.
